PROJECT OVERVIEW:

With Clearwave, Koscom embarked on a comprehensive project across Illinois (IL)
and Georgia (GA) focusing on aerial, underground, and fiber splicing services.

Our mission involved completing aerial installations to expand broadband coverage
in urban and suburban areas, trenching for underground fiber optic cables to
enhance connectivity in residential and commercial zones, and conducting precise
fiber splicing operations to ensure seamless data transmission.

The project aimed to strengthen communication infrastructure, providing reliable
connectivity to communities across IL and GA. With a dedicated team of
technicians, we worked diligently to execute the project efficiently and deliver top-
notch quality throughout.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Over 200 miles of aerial and underground fiber optic cables installed
• Aerial installations completed at 100 locations
• Trenched for underground fiber optic cables in 50 areas
• Conducted over 500 fiber splicing operations
• Project Duration: March to December 2023 (10 months)
• Team Size Involved: 30 technicians
