PROJECT OVERVIEW:

In partnership with Asurion, Koscom undertook a project focused on smart home
and appliance installation.

Our team installed a variety of smart devices, including thermostats, doorbell
cameras, smart locks, and connected kitchen appliances, totaling 300 installations
across residential properties. Through meticulous integration and configuration, we
ensured seamless operation and functionality of each device, enhancing user
experience.

Asurion’s commitment to technology protection and Koscom expertise in
telecommunications and smart home installations converged seamlessly in this
project, transforming homes into intelligent living spaces.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• A dedicated team of 15 technicians ensured efficient installations and top-notch quality.
• 100 thermostats, 50 doorbell cameras, 75 smart locks, and 75 connected kitchen appliances were installed.
• Project duration: January to June 2023 (5 months).
