PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Teaming up with Assurant, Koscom embarked on a project focused on enhancing
connectivity and security for both residential and commercial properties.

Our team conducted extensive installations, implementing state-of-the-art
solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each property. This involved the
integration of advanced smart home technologies and appliance installations, with
the goal of enhancing convenience, efficiency, and security for occupants.

Our objective was to seamlessly incorporate smart technologies, ultimately
enhancing the overall quality of life and operational effectiveness for residents and
businesses. Through our joint efforts and telecommunications expertise, we
successfully achieved this aim.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Installation of 170 smart home devices and appliances.
• Customization of solutions for 50 residential and commercial properties.
• Completion of comprehensive testing and quality assurance checks.
• Project Duration: September 2023 to February 2024 (5 months).
• Team Size Involved: A team of 10 technicians.
