PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Koscom partnered with Amazon Key for Business, a service revolutionizing package
delivery. Our aim was to enhance their delivery infrastructure.

Over a span of 4 months, we installed 150 access
panels, providing secure entry points for delivery personnel. A dedicated team of 12
technicians ensured smooth installation. Our efforts not only optimized delivery
routes but also bolstered security measures while creating a scalable infrastructure.
