ZIPLY FIBER

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

In collaboration with Ziply Fiber, Koscom embarked on an extensive project to
enhance telecommunications infrastructure across Connecticut and New York.
Together, our goal was to bring high-speed connectivity to residents and
businesses in these regions. Throughout the project, our partnership with Ziply Fiber
was characterized by seamless coordination and mutual dedication to excellence.

By combining our expertise and resources, we successfully delivered high-speed
fiber optic connections to 500 residential properties, completed aerial installations
at 50 locations, trenching for underground fiber optic cables in 20 areas, conducted
over 1,000 fiber splicing operations, and provided installation services for 10 Multi-
Dwelling Units.
This collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering top-notch
telecommunications solutions and demonstrates the power of strategic
partnerships in driving innovation and improving connectivity for communities.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Over 100 miles of fiber optic cables installed.
• Aerial installations completed at 50 locations.
• Trenched for underground fiber optic cables in 20 areas.
• Conducted over 1000 fiber splicing operations.
